1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "788wi", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 788wi platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://788wi.net.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 788wi platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User on the 788wi platform.
• "Platform" means the 788wi website at https://788wi.net, including all sports betting, casino, and gaming features accessible through it.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the 788wi platform.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, and related services made available through the 788wi platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any monetary stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome through the 788wi platform.

Headings in these Terms are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" are not exhaustive unless the context requires otherwise.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 788wi platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the 788wi Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the platform for specific games or promotions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 788wi platform. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as amended from time to time.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 788wi platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform. 788wi strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where access to the 788wi platform is prohibited by law.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 788wi or have had an Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

788wi reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC documentation) at any time. This may include but is not limited to: national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of verification.

Each individual may only hold one Account on the 788wi platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

4 Your 788wi Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 788wi Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 788wi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify 788wi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. 788wi reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised activity.

788wi may suspend or close an Account at our discretion where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reason to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• A User fails to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.

On closure of an Account for breach, 788wi reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, withdrawable balances will be returned to the User via the original deposit method.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Transactions

All transactions on the 788wi platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 788wi supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other major Pakistani banks
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards where supported

Deposits are credited to your 788wi Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 788wi does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources – the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the 788wi Account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending KYC completion. 788wi targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in your account, but does not guarantee specific processing times where delays arise from third-party payment providers.

788wi reserves the right to reverse a transaction or void a bet where a deposit is subsequently reversed, charged back, or identified as fraudulent.

6 Betting Rules and Casino Games

All bets placed on the 788wi platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within each product section and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules include:

• Bets may only be placed by the registered Account holder. Bets placed by or on behalf of a third party are void.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where a cash-out option is available and the User elects to use it.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error on the 788wi platform, 788wi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account balance.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not concluded under the expected terms, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for that sport or market.
• 788wi reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets, or void bets at its discretion where there is evidence of irregular betting activity, syndicate betting, or exploitation of pricing errors.

For live casino games, all outcomes are determined by physical events occurring at professional studios. 788wi does not manipulate outcomes. Game RTPs for RNG-based slots are published by the respective game providers and are available within the game interface.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

788wi offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

• Bonuses are credited to your 788wi Account in PKR and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per User and per household address unless otherwise stated.
• 788wi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse, fraud, or exploitation of errors will be voided and the relevant Account may be terminated.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Users only. Existing Users may not create new accounts to claim new User promotions.

Where there is any inconsistency between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

8 Responsible Gaming

788wi is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard, to support safe gambling practices:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and reductions are applied without delay.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum PKR amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all 788wi services. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the requested duration.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 788wi platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform in connection with any fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Users;
• Engaging in arbitrage, match manipulation, or any form of cheating;
• Facilitating gambling by persons under the age of 18;
• Any use of the platform that violates applicable laws.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 788wi platform – including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, software, text, images, and data – is the property of 788wi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 788wi content without prior written permission.

Your use of the 788wi platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the platform or its content beyond the limited licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788wi shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses arising from interruption, delay, or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The 788wi platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 788wi makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

12 Privacy and Data

788wi collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the 788wi platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Amendments to Terms

788wi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or via the email address associated with your Account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international standards for online gaming operations. In the event of any dispute between you and 788wi arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to contact 788wi's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by 788wi's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available in your Account upon request.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
